All parents are encouraged to submit an online application.
However, for those who are unable to do so, paper copies of the Choices English and Spanish (Opciones) brochures have been printed and are available at all LAUSD schools, Local District Offices, Los Angeles City Llibraries, and the District’s Headquarters. Please remember that paper applications must be postmarked by Friday, December 16, 2011 at 5:00pm.
