Enrollment Information
For New and Returning Students
YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN AN ENROLLMENT PACKET WITHOUT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
- Parent or legal guardian must accompany student
- If parent, bring your child’s birth certificate with your I.D.
- If guardian, we need legal documents showing guardianship with your I.D.
- Last Report Card and unofficial copy of transcripts. Must show proof that 8th grade English was passed (If applies)
- Current utility bill to verify address:
BILL MUST BE IN OWNERS NAME
BRING GAS OR WATER (DWP) BILL ONLY. TELPHONE BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- 8th grade diploma from Middle School (if applies)
- Immunization records (Including all shots)
- Must Include TB shots with dates
FROM YOUR PREVIOUS SCHOOL
- If you’re transferring from a LAUSD high school: you need a PAR (Pupil Accounting Report)
- If you’re transferring from a LAUSD middle school: You need a ID20 (Check with computer operator in attendance office at the school)
- If you’re transferring from outside the LAUSD then your child should be accompanied with transcripts
